Harts N Scraps is an affordable paper crafting store located in north central WI. Family owned and operated by Lucy Runnells (Mama Lucy to our regulars) and daughter Heather Van Schoick. Our store offers a large variety of scrapbooking, card making and paper craft supplies at a fraction of the price elsewhere. We also offer different technique driven classes each month.
